MorrowPilot Terms of Use

1. The service

MorrowPilot helps businesses manage customers, quotes, approvals, jobs, schedules, orders, invoices, payments, reports, communications, and related operational records. Features may evolve as the service improves.

2. Accounts and authorized use

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace and for assigning appropriate team roles.
• You may use MorrowPilot only for lawful business purposes and may not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

3. Customer content

You retain ownership of information you enter or upload. You grant Work Lab Systems LLC the limited permission necessary to host, process, back up, and transmit that content to operate MorrowPilot. You are responsible for having the right to use customer contact details, photos, documents, and other submitted information.

4. Quotes, contracts, deposits, taxes, and compliance

MorrowPilot provides configurable workflow tools, not legal, tax, accounting, or licensing advice. Requirements for contracts, deposits, payment schedules, notices, taxes, and cancellations vary by jurisdiction and type of work. Your business is responsible for selecting lawful settings, reviewing generated documents, and obtaining professional advice when needed.

5. Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed in U.S. dollars through Stripe at the price and seat quantity shown before checkout.
• Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You may manage or cancel billing through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the checkout or applicable law states otherwise.
• Fees already earned are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep MorrowPilot reliable and secure, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, or circumstances outside our control may cause interruptions. We may change or discontinue features while taking reasonable steps to avoid material disruption.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, abuse, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Where practical, workspace owners may export their business data before access ends.

8. Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Work Lab Systems LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed fees paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so mandatory rights still apply.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email when reasonably required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, subject to applicable law.
