Privacy requests
You can request access, a copy, correction or deletion of personal information, or ask us to review a previous response. You do not need to create an account or keep an active subscription to email us.

Include a contact email, the account or business concerned, and what you are requesting. Do not send passwords, card numbers or identity documents; if verification is needed, we will explain the next steps.
If a business using MorrowPilot uploaded your information, tell us which business. We may need to coordinate the response with it. We review the scope and any applicable retention before taking action.
Sending a request does not automatically delete data or cancel a subscription. To stop renewals, the owner should manage the subscription in Billing or request assistance.
