Delete your MorrowPilot account and data
You can request deletion of your MorrowPilot account and associated data even if you have uninstalled the app. You can also request access, a copy or correction of your data. You do not need an active subscription to contact us.
Request account deletion by emaildiego@worklabsystems.com
How to request it
Include a contact email, the account or business concerned, and what you are requesting. Do not send passwords, card numbers or identity documents; if verification is needed, we will explain the next steps.
You can request deletion of your whole account or only specific data without deleting the account. You can also submit the request through Settings → Privacy in the app or on the web. We will verify identity and authority, reply through the same channel, and tell you when the request is completed or why any data must be retained.
What is deleted and what may be kept
After verification and approval, account deletion covers account access, credentials and sessions, profile information, and associated personal data under our control within the scope of the request. One person's request does not delete other workspace members' data.
If a business using MorrowPilot uploaded your information, tell us which business. We may need to coordinate the response with it. We review the scope and any applicable retention before taking action.
Shared business records—customers, quotes, jobs, invoices and payments—may be retained under the workspace owner's instructions or for accounting, legal or dispute-resolution obligations. Limited security, fraud-prevention and request-handling records may also be retained. We restrict access and explain the applicable reason and retention period in the case response; an individual request does not erase an entire business.
Production database backups retain up to 14 daily copies and seven days of recovery logs. Deleted files in evidence storage remain recoverable for seven days. If a backup is restored, the deletion must be reapplied. A legal hold or extraordinary copy may have a different period, which we will explain when applicable.
Expo Observe mobile diagnostics use a pseudonymous installation identifier that we do not link to your account; under Expo's current policy, those events are retained for 90 days. In our response to your request, we will explain whether any record can be identified and deleted sooner.
Sending a request does not automatically delete data or cancel a subscription. To stop renewals, the owner should manage the subscription in Billing or request assistance.
